You retain ownership of the bookmarks and data you save to Bookmark.is. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your bookmarks to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Bookmark.is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

6. Free and Paid Plans

Bookmark.is offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plan features and limits may change over time.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bookmark.is is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that your data will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookmark.is shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
